Where is the app? — Reelday is a web app at app.reelday.io. Open it in the browser on your phone or computer and sign in with the email you paid with. There is no App Store or Google Play app.
Getting a reel onto Instagram, TikTok or Shorts — open the reel and tap Download, then pick the platform. The video downloads and the caption is copied, so you can paste it when you post the reel yourself.
Posting from the app — Reelday does not post for you. Download each reel and post it yourself.
Subtitles look wrong — change the style or the subtitle language in Settings → Reel style. Changes apply to reels made from then on.
Using Reelday from Claude or ChatGPT — see the Claude and ChatGPT connector.
Billing, invoices and cancelling — see Refunds and cancelling, or use the billing portal link on your receipt.

Settings → Delete account and data. This removes your clips, reels and settings, and any Instagram connection. It cannot be undone.
